CAN YOU LIVE WITHOUT HOPE?
It’s been said that a person can live forty days without food, four days without water, four minutes without air, but only four seconds without hope. … It is very difficult to walk through difficult times and cope with life’s challenges without hope.
WHY IS HOPE IMPORTANT IN LIFE?
It gives Stability and the Desire with Anticipation that something good is about to happen. (The answer is coming; it’s going to change, etc)
Hope can help manage stress and anxiety and cope with adversity. It contributes to our well-being and happiness and motivates positive action.
